How do you claim your Price Match?

  • Price match is applicable on Dog & Cat Dry Food only
  • The item must be identical (i.e., size, model, quantity, brand, color)
  • The item must be in-stock at the online retailer’s website and on petpro.ae at the time of the price match request
  • Customer must provide a live link to the promo or webpage that verifies the price
  • Vouchers or points cannot be used to purchase items under Price Match

We don’t match:

  • Discounted items or Items on sale
  • Bundle offers, rebates, coupons, mail-in offers, offers
  • Prices that require a minimum quantity purchase
  • Inaccurate Price sources
  • Prices during festive seasons in UAE (Dubai Shopping Festival, Dubai Summer Surprises, Ramadan in Dubai, Eid in Dubai, Back to School, Summer in Abu Dhabi, etc.)
