We deliver our Products to all Emirates in the UAE through our professional in-house logistics team.

• Free delivery for orders above AED100
• AED15 delivery charge applies for orders below AED100

• From 12pm to 9pm  (Inclusive of Sundays)

Delivery Exclusions

• Not applicable
• We deliver frozen or live pet food items through are temperature-controlled delivery vehicles

Product Assembly 

• Products such as all cages, crates, cat trees, scratchers, cat litter boxes, etc. are delivered unassembled.
• If you need the products to be assembled upon delivery, this should be mentioned in the “Notes” section of your order. 
• If the delivery was done and customer refused to accept the delivery and wishes to send back the items, since the items are not assembled,  a fee of AED40 will be charged to the customer
