- For every AED 1 spent, customer gets 1 PetPro point
- 100 points = AED 2.5
- Earn points on all products (regular and sale/bundle/offer items)
- Cash balance in PetPro wallet cannot be encashed
- Cash balance in PetPro wallet cannot be transferred to another account / user
- Earned Points in PetPro is valid for 1 year. Non redeemed points balance will expire and will be canceled automatically.
- Only registered customers can get points; Orders as a Guest are not eligible in the loyalty program
